LIMITED WARRANTY

THESE PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR MANUFACTURE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO ACCIDENTS,  MODIFICATION BY THE USER, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLECT, MISUSE OR ABUSE. IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OR ANY OF OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY US AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR OTHER TERMS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (WHETHER COLLATERALLY, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR OTHER TERMS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30 day from the time of purchase refund of the cost of product (not including freight) to the original purchaser less a restocking fee of 20%, if you are not satisfied with the operation of the product you purchased. Please contact customer service custserv@klr-250.com by email or call  1-866-437-5777 to receive a return authorization. Returns must be in exactly the original condition. Scratches, signs of mishandling or modification will be charged for repair or if severe, will void your refund. Please send postage prepaid in the same packaging it was delivered to you.
